Pingucci is committed to high-standard jewelry. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns/exchanges for items in brand-new, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
All requests must be submitted through our Customer Service representative. Any return & exchange request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at support@pingucci.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours (responses may be delayed on weekends and public holidays).

For returned orders, we refund product price only.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we charge the outbound shipping fee to send the replacement item to you.

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items (48-Hour Notice)
If your order arrives damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you contact us after 48 hours, a $10 shipping fee may apply

If you contact us after 7 days, we may be unable to process the claim. You may be required to return the damaged item after your claim is approved.
Return Limit
Each order can only be returned once.
Return Exceptions (Final Sale Items)
Made to Order / Custom = Final Sale (NO Returns, NO Exchanges)
Made to Order and Custom pieces are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production starts.
Other Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Free gifts / promotional gifts

Earrings & premade grillz (hygiene reasons). Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.
Custom Jewelry Design Fee & Cancellation
For custom jewelry orders:

A non-refundable $100–$300 design deposit applies once the design is completed (this fee goes toward the total)
If you cancel during production:

Most orders cannot be canceled. In special cases, cancellation may be approved at our discretion and will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Refund Timeline
After your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Please allow 2–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (bank processing time may vary).
Pingucci 365-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship.
If there is a manufacturing defect within 365 days of purchase (gold plated), you are eligible for a one-time replacement.

Warranty replacement shipping & handling fee: $19.99
If we’re unable to replace the original item (e.g., out of stock or discontinued), you may exchange it for an item of equal or lower value. Any price difference will not be refunded.
Custom Jewelry Repair (Gold Plated)
We can offer a one-time repair service for custom pieces.

Repair shipping & handling fee: $50 (overseas repair center)
Alternatively, you may use a local repair shop:

We may cover repair costs up to 15% of product value (approval required before repair)
Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty is void for user-caused damage, including:

Misuse / neglect
