Ordering

Q1. Is the Jewelry real?

Most of our jewelry is S925 silver with 18K gold finish. Some of the chains are made by brass over the 18K gold finish.

Q2. Will the Jewelry fade?

Our jewelry is plated 5 times. The plating will not fade off if you take care of your jewelry. Avoid wearing it when swimming, bathing or doing sports. You may set the jewelry on a soft towel to dry, or gently pat it dry. Keeping it stored in the provided dust bag if not used frequently.

Q3. How do I use coupon code?

You can directly use the code to buy products in our store, you will see an option of "Enter your discount code" at the shopping cart page, then "Apply", you will see the code amount deducted from your total order amount, then continue to pay. 

Q4. Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s it’s been placed?

Please contact our customer service team for assistance. Additionally, note that you have the option to cancel or edit your order before it ships or before the package is picked up from our store.

Q1. How long will it take to get my orders?

After the payment has been processed, orders will be handled within 5-7 business days and shipped the following day. In most cases, you are expected to receive your package in 3-7 business days with express or 7-13 business days with Standard shipping.

Q2. Where are the products shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from one of our warehouses in the US, EU, or Asia. The exact location will depend on stock availability and your delivery address.

Q3. Where is my order?

You should get your tracking details around 5-7 working days after you place your order! Please do check your junk emails too.

Q4. How do I track my order?

You can easily track your order here. Please note that sometimes the tracking number may not show the location immediately as it has just been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q1. How do I return or exchange this shirt?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
