Return Policy
1. All Purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, final sale, bundle sale, blind box) can be returned within 14 days after you have received the last package of your order.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
How to Make Your Return
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email us at support@pingucci.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours and process your return request.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package.
4. If a return item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method of the original purchase. We will notify the buyer if the product or packaging is found used or damaged as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Fast Refund
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging back to our return center. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.
Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
Kind Reminder before returning
1. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Return packages should be authorized.
3. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.
Exchanges
After placing the order, if you think the size of the product may not fit you, or you want to change to another style, please contact our Customer Service representative by emailing us at support@pingucci.com,our customer service representative will reply your email within 24 hours.(Delayed responses during weekends and holidays)
Please note that if there is a difference in the price of the changed style, we will charge or refund according to the situation. We recommend that you try not to choose a product with a difference of more than $1 to avoid the difference.
Order Cancellation
1. Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already shipped.
